Requirements for skilled employees
- A legitimate work agreement in the United Arab Emirates
- According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, categorized in the first, second, or Third occupational level
- A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Pay scale: AED 15,000 per year

- Validation or evidence of investment
